On the morning of June 24, 2025, at CTIM College, a recruitment cooperation signing ceremony took place between the school and Con Cò Vàng Agricultural Group — a leading unit in the field of high-tech agriculture in Vietnam, with many years of experience in developing production models applying modern and sustainable technology.
The signing ceremony was not only an important milestone in establishing a strategic cooperative relationship between the two parties but also demonstrated a long-term commitment to training, developing, and utilizing high-quality human resources to meet the practical demands of the modern agricultural labor market.
During the meeting, both parties agreed on several practical and long-term cooperation contents, including:
Collaborating to develop training programs aligned with the actual recruitment needs of businesses.
Creating opportunities for students to intern, apprentice, and work at branches, factories, and production centers under Con Cò Vàng Group nationwide.
Co-organizing specialized seminars, career counseling programs, professional skills training, and visits to real production models.
Expanding direct recruitment opportunities for graduates, with special priority given to those who demonstrate a good attitude and suitable competencies.
