Pursuant to the requirement of standardizing and synchronizing data to serve student management, training, graduation assessment, issuance of diplomas and certificates, and implementation of student-related policies; and in accordance with updates to administrative boundaries as adjusted in certain localities under the Resolution of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly; based on student records stored at the institution and regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training on student documentation.

[NOTICE] Regarding Verification of Personal Information, Residence Update, and Completion of Enrollment Documents for Cohort 27 Students
In accordance with the requirements for standardizing and synchronizing data to serve student management, academic affairs, graduation assessments, diploma/certificate issuance, and the implementation of student policies—as well as updating information based on newly adjusted administrative boundaries as per the National Assembly Standing Committee’s Resolution—and based on the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training regarding student records and the current status of student files stored at the institution,
CTIM College hereby informs all Cohort 27 students of the following instructions:

Verify personal information, contact details, and update residence information
