II. FACTORY TOUR AT ACECOOK VIETNAM

1. Location: ACECOOK Factory – Lot II-3, Street No. 11, Tan Binh Industrial Park, Tay Thanh Ward, HCMC

The total number of students allowed to visit by ACECOOK is 156, divided into three sessions:

Session 1:

Time: 06:45 AM – 12:00 PM, August 5, 2025 (Tuesday morning)

Departments: Information Technology, Accounting, Finance – Banking, Graphic Design, E-commerce

Session 2:

Time: 11:45 AM – 05:30 PM, August 14, 2025 (Thursday afternoon)

Departments: Business Administration, Logistics, English

Session 3:

Time: 11:45 AM – 05:30 PM, August 28, 2025 (Thursday afternoon)

Departments: Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical & Electronic Engineering Technology

[NOTICE] Regarding Verification of Personal Information, Residence Update, and Completion of Enrollment Documents for Cohort 27 Students

In accordance with the requirements for standardizing and synchronizing data to serve student management, academic affairs, graduation assessments, diploma/certificate issuance, and the implementation of student policies—as well as updating information based on newly adjusted administrative boundaries as per the National Assembly Standing Committee’s Resolution—and based on the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training regarding student records and the current status of student files stored at the institution,

CTIM College hereby informs all Cohort 27 students of the following instructions:

All students of Cohort 27

II. Tasks to be completed:

Verify personal information, contact details, and update residence information

Deadline: From the date of this announcement until Monday, August 4, 2025

Submit complete enrollment documents

Deadline: From the date of this announcement until Tuesday, August 12, 2025
