In order to raise legal awareness among staff, employees, and students, on the morning of October 2, 2025, CTIM College solemnly organized the Conference on Dissemination and Promotion of the 2019 Labor Code and the 2025 Trade Union Law.
At the conference, the speaker presented key contents of the 2019 Labor Code and the new provisions of the 2025 Trade Union Law, helping staff, lecturers, and students to:
- Grasp their rights and obligations in labor relations.
- Clearly understand the role, functions, and responsibilities of trade unions.
- Strengthen legal compliance awareness and contribute to building a civilized, healthy learning and working environment.

This is a practical activity that demonstrates the CTIM College Board of Directors’ commitment to equipping participants with legal knowledge, enhancing integration capacity, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of staff, employees, and students.

The conference not only helped reinforce legal knowledge but also laid a solid foundation for building a professional, modern, and humane educational–labor environment at CTIM.
