This morning, students from the Mechanical Engineering program at CTIM College officially began their internship at Ishisei Vietnam Co., Ltd., located in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park. This marks an important milestone in their academic journey, providing valuable opportunities to gain hands-on experience in a professional working environment.
Through this internship program, CTIM Mechanical Engineering students will have the chance to observe modern production lines, experience a professional working environment that meets international standards, and apply the knowledge acquired in classrooms to real-world practices. This is a valuable opportunity for them to strengthen their skills, enhance their professional competence, and build confidence before entering the labor market.

Kingwood Creative Display Co., Ltd. (Vietnam), located at Lot 2G, CN1, CN3 & CN8 – Tan Binh Industrial Park, Tan Binh Town, Bac Tan Uyen District, Binh Duong Province – now Ho Chi Minh City (www.Kingwood.com.hk), has signed an agreement with CTIM College to receive students for company visits, internships, and employment.
In August 2025, the company has fully prepared facilities, accommodation, and excellent benefits for 19 students from CTIM’s Electrical & Electronics and Mechanical Engineering majors to undertake a 3-month internship. The 19 interns will enjoy the following benefits:
• Internship allowance: 4,920,000 VND/month.
• Free 3 meals/day.
• Free dormitory accommodation:
4-person rooms equipped with air conditioning, private toilet, washing machine, and hot water shower.
Fully furnished: wardrobe, bed, mattress, desk, chair, and free internet for study purposes.
• Priority consideration for official employment at Kingwood upon internship completion.
• Starting salary after recruitment: 8.3 – 9.5 million VND/month depending on ability.
• Clear salary increase pathway: salary review after 6 months of work; the company conducts regular salary reviews in May and November every year.
