As part of the Orientation Week for new students, CTIM College organized the program "Meeting with Enterprises & Successful Alumni", featuring special guests who are outstanding alumni currently holding leadership and management positions at major companies. This event not only served as career orientation but also provided a meaningful opportunity to spread entrepreneurial spirit, motivation, and success stories to inspire the new generation of students.

The meeting aimed to help freshmen of Cohort 27:

Gain clearer insights into current recruitment trends and real workforce demands from CTIM’s strategic enterprise partners.

Hear sincere stories from CTIM alumni about their entrepreneurial journeys — from early challenges to notable achievements.

Shape a professional career mindset and build appropriate learning and personal development goals aligned with today’s societal demands.

Expand their networks and start building valuable professional connections from the very first days of college.

The program was honored to welcome the following guest speakers:

Mr. Đào Đình Quế – Alumnus of Cohort 08, currently Director of ALEN Co., Ltd., and Chairman of the CTIM Alumni Association.

Mr. Phan Thanh Thảo – Alumnus of Cohort 03, CEO of NP Oil Joint Stock Company.

Mr. Nguyễn Tuấn Kiệt – Alumnus of Cohort 22, currently in charge of Social Marketing at EMA Land Group.

Mr. Lê Văn Sang – Alumnus of Cohort 23, Business Administration major.

At the event, the guest speakers shared heartfelt real-life stories — from their student years, startup journeys, and overcoming challenges to building stable and successful careers. Their personal experiences and lessons learned through various stages of growth gave students a clearer vision of their future career paths while creating a warm and open space for interaction between students and businesses.

The gathering went beyond inspiring talks — it was also a valuable opportunity for CTIM freshmen to recognize the importance of combining theory with practice, proactively developing soft skills, gaining hands-on experience, and daring to pursue their personal aspirations.

The “Meeting with Enterprises & Successful Alumni” program concluded with a wave of emotions and newfound motivation. Without a doubt, this event marks an important milestone and an exciting beginning in the academic and personal development journey of CTIM’s K27 generation.
